Established patients can enter the patient portal to access your health records, view your list of upcoming appointments, receive secure messages from your provider, pay your bill, and get statements and receipts!
If you are a new patient wanting to make an appointment, call our office at 252.364.4690 Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Save time during your visit by filling out your patient forms prior to your visit. These forms can be found on our Patient Portal.

Well-Baby Checkups
KidMed provides all necessary routine medical care from birth. Your newborn will need routine checkups starting just a few days after leaving the hospital. We’ve got you!
Sick Visits
No one is happy when a child feels poorly. We’ll be here whenever you need us to make things all better!
Vaccinations
We believe vaccinations are an important part of being a healthy kid, and we will strive to answer any questions you may have about whether or not they are right for your child.
Nutrition Guidance
It can be daunting to try and provide your child with all of the daily nutrition he or she needs. We offer healthy eating visits to those who are picky or who need to establish a healthy weight.
